Norvestia’s Board of Directors will summon the Meeting on a later date.
Possible requests from shareholders to put matters on the agenda of 2016 Annual
General Meeting shall be submitted no later than 15 January 2016. The written
request shall be sent to Norvestia Oyj, Pohjoisesplanadi 35 E, FI-00100,
Helsinki, Finland. 

The company will publish three interim reports in 2016:

January-March      20 April 2016  
January-June       15 July 2016   
January-September  27 October 2016
