DONE LOGISTICS OY TO BEGIN EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS

Helsinki, 2011-11-23 09:05 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revenio Group Corporation
STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 23.11.11 at 10.05

DONE LOGISTICS OY TO BEGIN EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS

Done Logistics, a subsidiary of Revenio Group Corporation's Systems segment,
will begin negotiations in line with the Act on Co-operation within
Undertakings, to prepare for probable weakened demand due to economic
uncertainty in 2012. The aim of the negotiations is to enable immediate cost
adjustments, if demand weakens as a result of the economic situation and
customers postpone planned investment decisions.

The negotiations concern all employees of the company and will prepare for the
laying off, part-time employment and/or termination of employment of 0 to 49
employees. Adjustment measures are expected to solely, or at least mainly,
involve lay-offs. The scope of such measures will be more precisely defined in
the light of the forthcoming negotiations and prospective demand.

These co-operation negotiations will not affect the Group's previously
announced profit guidance for 2011.
