Fingrid Oyj and Elering OÜ have completed the Estlink 1 transmission cable transaction.

The grid network companies Fingrid Oyj from Finland and Elering OÜ from Estonia
have completed the Estlink 1 transmission cable transaction. 

Previously, the transmission system operators have rented the cable capacity
from its owners, AS Nordic Energy Link ("NEL") and its subsidiary N.E.L.
Finland Oy. NEL's shareholders are Eesti Energia AS (39.9%), AS Latvenergo
(25%), Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba AB (25%) and Finestlink Oy (10.1%). 

The transaction was announced on 27 November, 2013.
