Fortum's Financials for 2012 have been published in Finnish and English at

operating and financial review, the consolidated and parent company financial
statements, the auditor's report, Fortum's corporate governance statement and
the salary and remuneration report. 

Fortum has also today published an annual summary of the company's stock
