SYSOPENDIGIA´s name change registered

The changes of the company's Articles of Association decided by SYSOPENDIGIA´s
Annual General Shareholders' meeting on February 28, 2007, have been entered
into the Finnish Trade register. 
 
By virtue of the registration of the changes to the company's Articles of
Association, the company's new name became effective. The company name is
SYSOPENDIGIA Plc, in Finnish SYSOPENDIGIA Oyj. 
 
The new Articles of Association of SYSOPENDIGIA as well as other resolutions
made by the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting were published by the Stock
Exchange Release on 28 February 2007.
