Disclosure notification under chapter 2, section 9 of the securities markets act

On 1 July 2010, Ixonos Plc received the following disclosure notification,      
pursuant to the Securities Markets Act (495/1989), of company's shares and      
related voting rights:                                                          

On 11 May 2010 Mutual Insurance Company Pension-Fennia had given an underwriting
undertaking of maximum EUR 2 million with certain conditions regarding the      
subscription of new shares in Ixonos Plc's rights offering.                     

The final outcome of Ixonos' rights offering was published on 30 June 2010 and  
Mutual Insurance Company Pension-Fennia did not use its underwriting            
undertaking. Therefore Mutual Insurance Company Pension-Fennia did not subscribe
any Ixonos Plc's shares based on the underwriting undertaking described in the  
disclosure notification published on 1 June 2010.                               

Mutual Insurance Company Pension-Fennia does not hold any Ixonos Plc's shares.  

The underwriting undertaking has been expired.
