Regarding appointment of a Board member

resignation of Asta Gaubienė as a Member of the Company's Board of Directors on
September 1, 2011, the Supervisory Board of UAB Žemaitijos Pienas appoints
Arūnas Šiškta to the Company's Board of Directors from October 19, 2011.
