Competition authorities grant approval for the sale of Lemminkäinen's technical building services business

COMPETITION AUTHORITIES GRANT APPROVAL FOR THE SALE OF LEMMINKÄINEN'S TECHNICAL
BUILDING SERVICES BUSINESS 

The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved the sale of
Lemminkäinen's technical building services business to Are Group without
conditions. Lemminkäinen signed a share purchase agreement for all outstanding
shares in Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka Oy with Are on 14 May 2014. 

The transaction will be concluded in June as previously announced.
