Outokumpu Oyj (business identity code: 0215254-2) has on April 21, 2016
received a notification based on Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities
Market Act. Invesco Limited’s total holding in the shares and voting rights of
Outokumpu Oyj exceeded 5% threshold and was 5.01% (20,866,776 shares and votes)
on April 20, 2016. Invesco Limited’s earlier total holding in Outokumpu was
less than 5.00%. 

Invesco Limited’s indirect holding through controlled undertakings was on April
20, 2016 above minimum threshold shares and voting rights of Outokumpu Oyj
(20,866,776 shares and votes). The names of the shareholders under controlled
undertakings are: Invesco Asset Management Limited and Invesco Powershares
Capital Management LLC.
