Electricity and natural gas distribution company ESO hereby notifies that it
has received a notification from Liudas Liutkevičius on his resignation from
the position of the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Board. The
last serving day of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of ESO is
2016 November 4. 

ESO will notify regarding the election of the new Chief Executive Officer and
the Chairman of the Board in accordance with the laws.
