Arion Bank will be offering ISK-denominated covered bonds series ARION CB 27 on Wednesday 5 July.
In connection with the auction, an exchange offering will take place, where holder of the series ARION CB 22 can sell the covered bonds against the new series ARION CB 27 at 5.15% yield or the clean price of 100.185.

The offering on ARION CB 27 will be a Dutch auction, all bonds will be sold at the highest accepted yield. Arion Bank reserves the right to accept or reject offers in part or in whole.

Expected settlement date is 12 July 2022.

The next covered bond offering will be in September.

The offering will be managed by Arion Bank Capital Markets. All offers shall be submitted by email to skuldabrefamidlun@arionbanki.is before 16:00 on 5 July 2022.
