Notice on acquisition of own shares

As of 21st December 2012, AB Linas Agro Group completed purchasing of own
shares at the Vilnius Stock Exchange NASDAQ OMX, consequently the company
acquired 798,000 (seven hundred ninety eight thousand) ordinary registered
shares which makes 0.5% of the Company's Authorised Capital. 
Purchase price per share equals to 0.579 EUR.
