With regard to the recommendations of the Bank of Lithuania, we inform that the
restriction on the business of AB Ūkio bankas and further actions relating to
the activities of AB Ūkio bankas will not affect or have any influence on AB
Agrowill Group. 

AB Agrowill Group has not performed financial transactions and does not held
funds at this bank.
