pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the twelve months of the year 2012
prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

  -- Sales for the twelve months of 2012 - LTL 1,872.7 million (EUR 542.4
     million), for the twelve months of 2011 - LTL 1,840.0 million (EUR 532.9
     million);

  -- Profit before tax for the twelve months of 2012 - LTL 70.7 million (EUR
     20.5 million), for the twelve months of 2011 - LTL 104.3 million (EUR 30.2
     million);

  -- Net profit for the twelve months of 2012 - LTL 74.5 million (EUR 21.6
     million), for the twelve months of 2011 - LTL 95.8 million (EUR 27.7
     million).
