Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

Concerning acquisition of the block of shares

On 26 August 2008 Bankas SNORAS group concluded an agreements, according to
which the Bankas SNORAS group acquires 66,67 % of UAB "JT investicijų valdymas"
and 66% of UAB "Jūsų tarpininkas" shares.
