LITGRID AB - Notification on material event

LITGRID plans to borrow

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-01-13 10:33 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LITGRID AB plans
to borrow EUR 40 million in order to balance its cash flows. A draft two-year
credit line technical specification is available at the Central Public
Procurement Information System.
