pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the twelve months of the year 2011
prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

  -- Sales for the twelve months of 2011 - LTL 1,840.0 million (EUR 532.9
     million), for the twelve months of 2010 - LTL 1,746.8 million (EUR 505.9
     million);
  -- Profit before tax for the twelve months of 2011 - LTL 104.3 million (EUR
     30.2 million), for the twelve months of 2010 - LTL 148.9 million (EUR 43.1
     million);
  -- Net profit for the twelve months of 2011 - LTL 95.8 million (EUR 27.7
     million), for the twelve months of 2010 - LTL 159.5 million (EUR 46.2
     million).
