Apranga - Notification on material event

Establishment of subsidiary of Apranga APB in Lithuania

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-02-25 11:15 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apranga APB
established the 19th of its subsidiary Apranga Ecom LT UAB, which will carry
out e-commerce activities in Lithuania. The established company has share
capital of EUR 2.5 thousand. In the near future it is planned to establish the
corresponding companies in Latvia and Estonia. 

Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on Nasdaq Vilnius Stock
Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
