Elisa’s transfer of company’s own shares

ELISA STOCK EXHANGE RELEASE 30 JANUARY 2015 AT 8:40 A.M.

Basis for disposal: Based on the Board of Directors' decision, Elisa will
transfer the shares to persons involved in the Performance Share Plan for 2011
the performance period 2012-2014. The shares will be transferred on or around 4
February 2015.

After the transfer, Elisa holds a total of 7,852,846 treasury shares.
