Market making and primary dealership for HFF bonds

The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) has decided to offer members of the OMX Nordic
Exchange in Iceland to sign an agreement on primary dealership system with HFF. 

Members of OMX Nordic Exchange in Iceland that are ready to undertake the
obligations of the agreement and wish to become market makers are required to
sign an agreement with the Housing Financing Fund between 15:00 and 16:00,
Tuesday December the 16th 2008 at HFF offices. 

Enclosed is a draft of the Primary Dealers agreement.
