CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF NORVESTIA OYJ'S TREASURY SHARES

Norvestia Oyj's Annual General Meeting resolved 14 March 2017 that rights to
the shares entered in the company's joint book-entry accounts and to the rights
attached to such shares have been forfeited in accordance with Chapter 4,
Section 10, Subsection 2 of the Finnish Companies Act. 
Pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting, Norvestia Oyj has today
transferred a total of 17,524 shares in Norvestia Oyj from the company's joint
book-entry accounts to Norvestia Oyj's book-entry account. As a part of the
share transfer, a number of treasury shares representing altogether 6,551
rights attached to shares in joint book-entry accounts has been transferred to
Norvestia Oyj. 
Date of the transfer: 23 March 2017

Number of shares: 17,524 shares

Transfer price: gratuitous transfer
