MATTI HYYTIÄINEN TO FOLLOW HARRI SUUTARI AS PKC'S PRESIDENT AND CEO IN APRIL
2012 



Matti Hyytiäinen is appointed as new President and CEO of PKC Group Oyj and
current President & CEO Harri Suutari shall be proposed to be elected to Board
of Directors of PKC Group Oyj. These changes will take place in conjunction
with the next AGM in April 2012. 



The Board of Directors of PKC Group Oyj has appointed Mr. Matti Hyytiäinen (b.
1960), M.Sc. Economics, new President and CEO of PKC Group Oyj as of the date
of the next AGM, currently estimated to take place on 4 April 2012. Matti
Hyytiäinen will follow Harri Suutari, who will continue as President and CEO
until Hyytiäinen takes over the position. 



Matti Hyytiäinen is currently President and CEO of Etteplan Oyj. He has also
been a member of the Board of Directors of PKC Group Oyj since 31 March 2010.
Hyytiäinen has made a long international career in KONE Corporation i.a. as
President of KONE China and latest as President & CEO of KONE's global
Escalator business. After that he joined Etteplan as President & CEO. 



Following the proposal of the nomination committee, the Board of Directors has
decided to propose to the next Annual General Meeting that Harri Suutari be
elected to Board of Directors. 



Chairman of the Board of Directors of PKC Group Oyj, Matti Ruotsala states:"Matti Hyytiäinen is an experienced international leader who has worked in and
has successfully led global organizations. He has managed changes of supply
chains, global customers and knows American, European and Asian business
cultures. With the acquisition of AEES, PKC has more than doubled its turnover
and entered the North American commercial and light vehicle markets, PKC has
become a very different company and is entering into a new phase, in which
Hyytiäinen as the new President & CEO fits well. This change is carefully
planned and has Harri Suutari's strong support. Harri Suutari has made a
remarkable job as PKC's president & CEO. He took over the position in 2008 just
in front of the financial crisis, which hit very hard also the commercial
vehicle industry. During his time as the President & CEO PKC has been
restructured to a very cost competitive wiring harnesses supplier. Three major
acquisitions have been made including wiring harnesses business of MAN, the
SEGU companies and now the AEES companies, which have made PKC leading wiring
harnesses supplier to truck industry.” 



Matti Hyytiäinen comments: ”I have contributed to PKC's strategy from the Board
of Directors and followed closely PKC's development. I am very excited to start
to work with group's staff, customers and other stakeholders as new President &
CEO. I see as my first priorities to continue the integration of the AEES
companies and to ensure basis for further growth.”

Media and analysts meeting

A meeting for media, analysts and investors will be held today, 10 October
2011, at 11 am at the address World Trade Center, Aleksanterinkatu 17, Marski
Hall, 2nd floor, Helsinki. Present at the meeting will be the Chairman of the
Board of Directors Matti Ruotsala, President and CEO Harri Suutari and the new
President & CEO Matti Hyytiäinen.
