LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding decision of The Board of LESTO to appoint temporary acting Managing Director

LESTO AB (hereinafter - LESTO), identification code 302577612, registered
office placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total
number of registered ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN
code LT0000128449. 

On June 19, 2013 the Board of LESTO made a decision to appoint Mr. Virgilijus
Žukauskas as temporary acting Managing Director of LESTO from 22 June, 2013
till the Board of LESTO elects constantly acting Managing Director. Mr.
Virgilijus Žukauskas is currently the acting director of Electricity Grid
Division of LESTO. 

Mr. Virgilijus Žukauskas will temporarily replace Mr. Arvydas Tarasevičius who
submitted the Board of LESTO report of resignation from the post of Managing
Director because of reaching retirement age and on the same day (on 28 May,
2013) was recalled from that position of Managing director from 21 June, 2013
by the decision of the Board of LESTO.
