published in English and Finnish. The review includes the Report by the Board
of Directors, Financial Statements, Auditors' Review and the Corporate
Governance Statement for 2012. The Financial Review and the Corporate

attachments to this stock exchange release. The Corporate Governance Statement
has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code.
