Tieto’s Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement 2011 have been published

Tieto Corporation's Financial Review for the accounting period of 1 January-31
December 2011 has been published in English and Finnish. The review includes
the Report by the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, Auditors' Review
and the Corporate Governance Statement for 2011. The Financial Review and the
Corporate Governance Statement are available at www.tieto.com/Investors and as
attachments to this stock exchange release. The Corporate Governance Statement
has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code. 

Tieto will publish its annual report only as an online report in English.

The printed copies of the Financial Review will be available during week
commencing on 5 March 2012.
