Regarding the decision of Lithuanian high administrative court for AB „Linas“ shareholders

Panevezys, Lithuania, 2015-07-13 12:57 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lithuanian high
administrative court in accordance with the decision dated July 9, 2015 let the
validity of the decision, dated June 6, 2013,  of the Board of Lithuanan bank
regarding the appointed penalties for AB „Linas“ shareholders Ramunas
Lenciauskas and UAB „Rentija“ and the obligations to present the official offer
to buy the rest quantity of AB „Linas“ shares.
