SOLTEQ PLC CONCLUDED A SIGNIFICANT SOFTWARE DEAL WITH VELJEKSET HALONEN LTD AND CARLSON LTD DEPARTMENT STORE CHAINS

SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT ON OCTOBER 2, 2013 AT 10 AM



Solteq Plc and Veljekset Halonen Ltd together with Carlson Ltd have signed an
agreement on the delivery of Solteq's Dynamics AX for Retail, a comprehensive
software solution for the retail sector. 

The value of the deal without options is more than EUR one million spread over
2014-2015. 

- The contract price is significant for Solteq, and the agreement strengthens,
in line with our strategy, our position as a specialist software house serving
the retail and service sectors. The deal will not, however, have an impact on
our key figure forecast for the current year, states Solteq's CEO Repe
Harmanen.
