Mr. Heinonen has 10 years experience of various management positions at retail chain Tradeka Ltd. and later on at Suomen Lähikauppa Ltd. Mr. Heinonen has served as Director for the Siwa chain and been responsible for the company's category management. Before moving to Tradeka, Mr. Heinonen served at leading consumer goods companies, among others as Marketing Director for Valio's icecream business and at Unilever Finland. Mr. Heinonen will provide the Tiimari organisation with competence in retail chain management, category management as well as managing a broad network of almost 600 shops. The Commercial Director at Tiimari is responsible for consumer marketing and shop operations. The area managers at Tiimari, the marketing manager as well as the property manager report directly to Mr. Heinonen. The Management Group at Tiimari will decrease in size in conjunction with the appointment of the Commercial Director, so that the positions of Marketing Director and Director for Shop Operations will be abolished. In the future, the Management Group will comprise in addition to Mr. Heinonen, Purchasing Director Anna Seppälä, CFO Maija Elenius, IT Director Tarja Nikkarikoski and Gallerix Managing Director Dan Crewe.
