Icelandair Group hf. - Changes board/management/auditors

-Herdís Dröfn becomes a member of the Board of Directors

Herdís Dröfn Fjeldsted has been appointed a Board Member of Icelandair Group,
from 2010 she has served as a deputy Board Member since September 2010. 

Herdis Dröfn Fjeldsted is an Investment Manager for the Enterprise Investment
Fund. Herdís Dröfn was a senior Investment Analyst for Thule Investments from
2004-2010. She is the CEO of Vera radgjof ehf and the Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Wave Operations Ltd. Herdís Dröfn holds a BSc in business, is a
certified securities broker and is about to complete a MSc in corporate finance
from Reykjavik University.
