Klaipedos Nafta AB - Interim information

Interim information for the 1st three months of 2011

Klaipėdos nafta AB (further - Company) has increased net profit by 27 percent
up to 8,65 mln. LTL (2,51 mln. EUR) for the 1st quarter of 2011, for the same
period of 2010 - 6,81 mln. LTL (1,97 mln.EUR) and the Company's sales income
increased by 10 percent up to 33,80 mln. LTL (9,79 mln. EUR) for the 1st
quarter of 2011, for the same period of 2010-30,73 mln. LTL (8, 9 mln.EUR). 

 Unaudited interim financial reports for the 1st quarter of 2011 with
