CORRECTION: Orava Residential REIT corrects two key figures in the note to the
tables section of its Interim Report 



There is an error in section “Property maintenance expenses” of Note no. 7,
Expenses by type, in the tables section of the second quarter Interim Report
published by Orava Residential REIT on 13 August 2015. 

Instead of the average market value of investment properties between 1 January
and 30 June 2015, the table erroneously presents the average market value of
investment properties between 1 April and 30 June 2015. The average market
value of investment properties in the first half of this year is EUR 150.275
million, and the corresponding property maintenance expenses less compensation
for use as percentage of market value are 2.9% p.a.
