Result of written procedure

At the request of Containerships plc (the "Issuer") Nordic Trustee Oy acting as
trustee (the "Trustee") for the Issuer's up to EUR 70,000,000 senior secured
callable bond loan 2015/2019 with ISIN FI4000148804 (the "Bonds") has on 2
September 2016 issued a notice for a written procedure where the Issuer has
requested certain amendments of the terms and conditions for the Bonds and
certain amendments of a security agreement in respect of certain accounts
pledged as security for the secured obligations under the Bonds.

The voting period has now expired with the result that the holders of the Bonds
have approved the requested amendments. Attached are the new approved terms and
conditions for the Bonds (Schedule 1) and the new approved security agreement in
respect of the accounts pledged as security for the secured obligations under
the Bonds (Schedule 2).
