PKC GROUP OYJ'S FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2010          

PKC Group Oyj will publish its Financial Statement Bulletin 2009 on Thursday,   
February 18, 2010 at 8.15 a.m. and the Annual Report on Wednesday, March 10,    
2010. The Annual Report will be published in the PKC Group's website only.      

The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 4.00 
p.m. at PKC's offices in Kempele, at the address Vihikari 10.                   

In 2010 PKC Group will publish three Interim Reports as follows:                
Interim Report 1-3/2010 Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 8.15 a.m.                      
Interim Report 1-6/2010 Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 8.15 a.m.                   
Interim Report 1-9/2010 Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 8.15 a.m.                 

PKC Group Oyj's financial information will be published in Finnish and English.
