holdings in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities
Markets Act, described below.

Ulkomarkkinat Oy owned 2 999 000 shares in Amanda Capital Plc which represented
9.07 % of the shares and votes before the transaction and the ending of the
involving in the structuring of the Amanda Capital personnel issue 2006. 

Amanda Capital Plc's total number of shares and voting rights issued is
33,070,351 

Ulkomarkkinat Oy was involved in structuring of Amanda Capital's personnel's
issue of 2006. This structure gives the above mentioned company a privilege to
buy shares issued in the personnel's issue in certain situations. If
Ulkomarkkinat Oy would exercise its right, its ownership in Amanda Capital
would increase the threshold over1/10. The privilege to buy shares has ended
and the threshold exceeded over1/10.
