Unaudited consolidated financial report of Agrowill Group AB

Unaudited consolidated financial statements of Agrowill Group AB for 
the 9 month period ended 30 September 2008 and confirmation of 
responsible persons are enclosed. 

The preliminary result announced on 4 November 2008 (LTL -1,2 million)
differs from the actual 9 month net result according to the financial
statements attached (LTL -2,7 million). The difference occured
as the Company's produce was evaluated at the market prices
while preparing the financial statements and correspondent adjustment
was made.

The Sales and EBITDA figures announced earlier do not change.
