HFF considers changes to its Primary Dealership Agreements for HFF Bonds

Due to significant price fluctuations in  HFF Bonds, the Housing Financing Fund
(HFF) is considering  to make changes to its Primary Dealership Agreements  so
that obligations of market makers will be mitigated when price  fluctuations
reach a specific tolerance limit.  HFF will  immeidately announce any changes
made to the agreements.
