Statement, referred to in the Finnish Corporate Governance Code have been
published on the company website at www.lassila-tikanoja.com. Annual Report
2012, including financial statements and report by the Board of Directors, is
available in Finnish and in English. 

Annual Report will be published in printed form in week 10. It will be mailed
to the persons on the mailing list maintained by the company. Requests for
