LISTING PROSPECTUS FOR SPONDA PLC'S EUR 100 MILLION BOND NOW AVAILABLE          

On 20 May 2010, Sponda Plc (“Sponda”) announced an issue of a EUR 100 million,  
5-year domestic bond carrying an annual fixed rate coupon of 4.375 per cent.    

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the listing prospectus 
relating to the listing of the bond today. The listing prospectus is available  
in English as of the date of this release on Sponda's Internet pages at         
www.sponda.com > Investors.                                                     

Today, Sponda has submitted an application to NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd for the   
admission of the bond to public trading. The bond is expected to be admitted to 
public trading on or about 10 June 2010.
