Siauliu Bankas - Notification on material event

Unaudited operating result of Šiaulių Bankas AB and the Bank Group for the first quarter of 2015

Šiauliai, Lithuania, 2015-04-22 08:28 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

According to the unaudited data, net profit generated by Šiauliu Bankas AB over
the first quarter of 2015 comprised EUR 7.1 million while the Bank Group
generated EUR 5.4 million of net profit. 

Over the first quarter of the year 2014 operating result of the Bank totalled
to EUR 4.6 million while the Group earned EUR 3.2 million of net profit. 

The unaudited financial statements and review of the Bank and the Group's
performance for the first quarter of 2015 are enclosed.
