Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB - Interim information

Unaudited performance results of Panevėžio statybos trestas AB and Company Group for the first quarter of 2012

Referring to the unaudited data, during three months of this year the Group of
Panevėžio statybos trestas AB (PST) was on the income of 44.9 mln. Litas (13
mln. EUR), that is by 10 per cents more than last year. The first quarter of
2012 was loss-making for the PST Company Group. The before tax loss of the
Group amounted 3.34 mln. Litas (0.97 mln. EUR) for three months. The loss of
the Group was conditioned by the additional expenses born by the subsidiary
company Baltlitstroj OOO in Kaliningrad related to the project acceptance. 

The company of PST made before tax profit in the amount of 0.701 mln. Litas
(0.203 mln. EUR) and was on the income of 40.5 mln. Litas (11.7 mln. EUR).
