Re: New Natural Gas Tariffs

The Board of Directors of AB Lietuvos dujos by Minutes No 8 of 24 November 2008
approved new tariffs of natural gas transmission and distribution services as
well as new natural gas tariffs for household consumers. On 25 November 2008,
these tariffs were presented to the National Control Commission for Prices and
Energy.
