The amended restructuring programme proposal has been confirmed

The District Court of Espoo has today by a decision 16/17388 confirmed the
amended restructuring programme proposal that the Administrator Jari Salminen
filed into the District Court of Espoo on September 30, 2016 in the
restructuring proceedings of Tecnotree Oyj. Along with the decision the
restructuring proceedings of Tecnotree Oyj shall come to an end. 

The District Court has appointed Attorney-at-Law Jari Salminen to supervise the
implementation of the restructuring programme.
