TRAINERS' HOUSE GROUP CONCLUDES CODETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS

TRAINERS' HOUSE PLC      STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE      18 MAY 2010 AT 15:45

Trainers' House has concluded the codetermination negotiations concerning its   
business unit in Tampere as well as group administration functions initiated in 
March. As a result of the negotiations the Group's business unit in Tampere will
be shut down and personnel of the Group will be reduced by 20 persons through   
lay-offs.                                                                       

The Group will save approximately EUR 1,5 million annually due to personnel     
reductions and rationalization. The savings will be realized in full from the   
beginning of the third quarter. The non-recurring costs of personnel reductions 
and estimated other costs of the restructuring are approximately EUR 0,6 million
and will be booked in the second quarter's reporting.
