AFFECTO GROUP EXECUTIVE TEAM

Affecto has modified its group executive team. Åge Lönning will manage the
development of the sales processes. Stig-Göran Sandberg will be also
responsible for the development of the delivery processes. In addition, Hilkka
Remes-Hyvärinen (Human Resources) and Jukka Nortio (Marketing &
Communications) will join the executive team.

The group executive team comprises of the following persons
as at 3 February 2010:

Pekka Eloholma, CEO
Satu Kankare, CFO
Åge Lönning, COO, Sales process development
Jukka Nortio, Marketing & communications
Hannu Nyman, M&A, IR
Hilkka Remes-Hyvärinen, Human resources
Stig-Göran Sandberg, Delivery process development

The members of the executive team report to CEO Eloholma.

Country managers report in the following way: Ray Byman (Finland) to Eloholma,
Håvard Ellefsen (Norway), Fredrik Prien (Sweden as of 1 March) and Claus Kruse
(Denmark) to Lönning, and Ramunas Janonis (Lithuania), Andrus Altrov
(Estonia), Agris Plavins (Latvia) and Giedrius Urbonavicius (Poland) to
Sandberg.
