NEW AMANDA CAPITAL PLC SHARES REGISTERED WITH THE TRADE REGISTER

Amanda Capital Plc's 10,302,605 new shares have been registered with the Trade
Register today on 18 March 2011. Following the registration, the total number
of Amanda Capital Plc shares is 33,070,351 shares. After the registration with
the Trade Register, all new shares will give equal shareholder rights with the
existing shares and they shall entitle to any future dividend. 

The total value of Amanda Capital Plc's shares that were issued 18, March 2011
is 14,526,673.05 euro, which amount Amanda Capital Plc has decided to book to
the parent company's invested unrestricted equity. Amanda Capital Plc's parent
company's invested unrestricted equity was 29,614,357.61 euro before the book
entry and is 44,141,030.66 euro after the book entry 



The new shares will be admitted to public trading on 21 March 2011.
