Resignation of VP Finance and Investments.

Sigridur Hrolfsdottir, VP Finance and Investments of Tryggingamidstodin, has
resigned from the company and will leave on February 1, 2008.

Sigurdur Vidarsson, CEO, takes over the responsibilities of Mrs. Hrolfsdottir
in the field of investments and Oskar B. Hauksson, VP of Operation and Business
Development, takes over her responsibilities in the field of finance.
