Changes in Stockmann’s Management Team

Stockmann has appointed two new members to its Management Team, Petteri
Naulapää and Nora Malin. They will both report to the company's CEO, Per
Thelin. 

Petteri Naulapää, M.Sc. (Tech) (born 1968) has been appointed Chief Information
Officer and member of Stockmann's Management Team. He is currently Chief
Information Officer at Vaisala, where he has had global responsibility for the
group's business systems and IT infrastructure since 2010. He has 20 years'
experience in the IT business, including management and sales positions at
Digia and Oracle. Petteri Naulapää will join Stockmann on 1 May 2015. 

Nora Malin, M.Sc. (Pol.) (born 1975) has been appointed as a member of
Stockmann's Management Team with effect from 2 April 2015. She will continue as
Stockmann's Director of Corporate Communications and is responsible for
external and internal communications and corporate responsibility. She has
worked at Stockmann since 2010, and prior to that she held various
communication positions at Fiskars and Basware. 

Kjell Sundström, who was appointed Chief Strategy Officer in May 2014 for a
fixed period of 6 to 12 months, has now left Stockmann after initiating the
Group's strategy process and completing the divestment of Seppälä. 

Heini Pirttijärvi, Director of Human Resources, has resigned from Stockmann to
pursue other interests outside the company. 

Katri Koro, Head of HR Competence Centre, will act as temporary Director of
Human Resources and will report to CEO Per Thelin.
