Sistema Finance A.S. has today, on 11 November 2016, announced to commence the
earlier, on 3 November 2016, announced voluntary public tender offer in cash. 

The Board of Honkarakenne Oyj will take action concerning this matter and will
announce later in accordance with the Securities Market Act and the Companies
Act.
