Eignarhaldsfélagið Farice ehf. - Changes board/management/auditors

Mr. Gunnarsson leaves his position with Farice ehf.

The board of Farice ehf and the company‘s CEO Gudmundur Gunnarsson have reached
an agreement that the CEO will leave his position in the company.  Mr.
Gunnarsson will work for the company until his successor has been hired.
