SUPPLEMENT TO SOCIETE GENERALE'S WARRANT BASE PROSPECTUS APPROVED BY FINNISH
FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AUTHORITY 

The Finnish Financial Supervision Authority has on 15 November 2007 approved a
supplement to Societe Generale's warrant base prospectus. The supplement
contains financial and other information on the company and is available as of
16 November 2007 at the Societe Generale web-site at www.sglistedproducts.fi,
at the office of the HEX (OMX way) at Fabianinkatu 14, Helsinki and at the
office of the Paying agent at Nordea Bank Finland Plc at Aleksis Kiven katu
3-5, Helsinki.
